Together we explore many of New York's hidden gems, including where the locals hang their hats, hot restaurants, cool bars, top ethnic bakeries, street art, secret gardens, and much more!! We also point out how the city has evolved, or remained the same over time by taking you through historic parts of town where many of the different immigrant groups, which make up the great mosaic and strength of New York, first settled. We highlight beautiful religious institutions, historic buildings, and even reveal old secrets!! The best part is that with our tour company, there are no red umbrellas to follow or crowds all competing to see the same thing. Our personal one or one or very small group tours allow an exceptional level of comfort, relaxation, and plain old fun. They can be tailored to meet your own pace and desires and really get into the heartbeat and beauty of this amazing city!

What is your primary product or service?
It is a tour service that guides people to "off the beaten path" locations in NYC. We do not stop at typical NYC tourist attractions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I went to culinary school to become a restaurant manager in NYC. I was always interested in food and a huge foodie. I did not want to open a restaurant, but I wanted to start a food business. The idea started small with unique food tours and branched out to be bigger plan to explore all the great things about NYC neighborhoods including their food
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do more private and individualized tours. It will not be a boring history lesson about the neighborhoods, but instead we interact with our guests asking them about their culture and background and incorporate that into our tours
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location
Provide detailed directions to your location
All our tours have different meet up locations and it is clearly started on the tickets
What type of payments do you accept?
All credit cards
Which areas do you service?
Downtown Manhattan and Astoria Queens (for now). Hoping to do tours of all 5 boroughs within the next year.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My company is a DBA.
What are your hours of operation?
10am- 10pm depending on the day and tour
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
"This is the most fun I ever had on a tour" during our Secret Garden Tours. I knew if I am making people happy and they are learning something New, I did my job
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
I've lived to be the very best. I want it all, No time for less, I've laid the plans, Now lay the chance Here in my hands"- One Moment in Time by Whitney Houston. Beautiful woman, beautiful voice, tragic ending
