What is your primary product or service?
We design, make, and sell fine jewelry on a studio size scale. We provide and enjoy a non-pressure environment and give clients advise on purchases. We always strive for excellent customer service. We do specialized repairs, including heirloom or vintage jewelry, gemstone recutting or replacement, and we give advise on customer's jewelry alterations. We inform about valuation on selling jewelry. We offer free jewelry cleaning over the years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in jewelry because my husband, Arman had a small jewelry business. After graduation from the Gemological Institute of America, I enjoyed making jewelry and working with gemstones. It is a beautiful and challenging profession.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are in business for many years and have always enjoyed our small in-house work environment. We are surrounded by 'Big Business' in one of the most competitive jewelry markets in the world, but we have built up a loyal following because we take pride in making jewelry that is beautiful in every detail, and our customers are happy with our reasonable prices in combination with very good quality jewelry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one showroom and one workshop.
