He received his formal TSCM training at the World Institute for Security Enhancement. He looks for eavesdropping devices for celebrities, police departments, government, private investigators, corporations, and ordinary people. Skipp Porteous holds a Technician Class amateur radio license issued by the Federal Communications Commission. His call letters are KC2PYP. He exclusively works at locating eavesdropping devices.
