I first met Dr. Lambroza in 2008 as I was preparing for critical Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion a dangerous procedure that was going to be performed by the chief of spinal surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
Dr. Frank P. Cammisa Jr. who was to do the surgery wanted me to visit some of the experts in the field. From neurologists to Gastroenterologists, and he and Dr. David Kutler (who would perform the surgery) both suggested I see Dr. Arnon Lambroza. When I checked with others including their office staff, everyone told me Dr. Lambroza was the best in New York, "a great doctor".
Over these past few years I visited Dr. Lambroza on a few occasions both after the surgery for follow up swallow evaluations and and upper GI tests. He later performed a colonoscopy of both my and my wife a couple of years later.
He is truly well regarded by his peers who are the best in New York and by me. During our visits he took the time to discuss my problems, tests and possible treatments.
I have always felt comfortable with his care and his advice and know that I am getting the best treatment by one of the best New York gastroenterologists. I visited him today for another swallow evaluation and again felt his knowledge and willingness to consult with my other doctors will help me get the proper treatment for my current issues.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lambroza to anyone with esophageal or swallowing disorders.
On another note....Since I come into NY for my doctors from New Jersey, I decided to hit my dermatologist and Dr. Lambroza. I discovered, just today that his wife who also has her practice in their new Park Avenue offices is also a dermatologist.
I am thinking of changing dermatologists now and make his office a one stop for me when I come in from New Jersey. I could take care of two doctor visits in the one location.
He is a great doctor and I have entrusted him with my care and my wife's care and can say if you visit him I can assure you too will become a loyal patient as I have.
